With the launch of our concept #01, the starting shot has been fired! In 2015 already, we came up with the idea of the complete novelty of the Grillzimmer outdoor kitchen concept #01. With its massive yet light construction, combined with a timeless and modern look, it was unprecedented!
Then as nowe, 3 milimeters of steel with KTL and powder coating is used which not only guarantees stainlees material, but also the characteristic, modern design. Thanks to its heavy duty castors and its multi functional, adjustable insets made of either stainlees steel or ipe wood, the Grillzimmer #01 becomes the perfect and flexible outdoor kitchen on your patio deck or balcony. The modular insets can be upgraded with various grilling or cooking devices or optionally with a sink. One of the most popular upgrades are ceramic grills, as you can never have enough countertop space or shelf space.

In 2016 already, we presented our Grillzimmer outdoor kitchen concept #02 at the SPOGA fair in Cologne together with LYNX California Grills. A solide, modular construction made out of 5 milimeters of steel, equipped with a 2 centimeter natural stone slab. Back then, the cabinet doors and drawers were from LYNX as well. We quickly realized that we wanted to push our own design along and develop our own technical solutions. Drawers and cabinet door that are integrated in the design were developed and perfected the Grillzimmer look. The massive structure and its resulting weight of the faceplates and cabinet doors were challenges that we had to face. There simply were no faceplates on the market the way that wee needed them to bee. This resulted in the development of our almost legendary, specially evolved heavy-duty hinge for outdoor spaces, which we designed on our own and manufacture in small series.
The carcases and design options keept on developing with almost every project! “Not possible” did not exist, and so each kitchen will be composed to your wishes and can be expanded at any time. This concept will be quipped uo to your personal demands, with drawers made of either stainlees steel or wood. Countertops are available in either natural stone or state-of-the-art ceramics. The kitchen modules come in standard widths of either 70, 90, 125 or 145 centimeters and can be equipped with an ample selection of grills or cooking devices. The integration of different options of sinks or refrigerators complete the perfect garden kitchen.
Specially designed for outdoor spaces and exclusively manufactured in restaurant-quality exclusively for us, the warming– or cooling drawers that blend completely with the design, are a special highlight of our Grillzimmer outdoor kitchen #02. Another option of a slide open bar, that was designed for the SPOGA fair in 2018, plus the hovering camado grill make this module one of our most demanded ones!
Our special coating makes our kitchens extremely robust and protects your kitchen against all weather, as well as chlorine- or salt water.

The concept #03 was developed back in 2016 and initially implemented only in highly customized customer projects. In 2022, we integrated the concept with a freely suspended Kamado for a relatively well-known customer project. The response was so positive that we decided to include concept #03 in our standard collection. Alongside the floating Kamado holders, we also offer 90 cm or 110 cm wide hanging modules that attach to a fully adjustable stainless steel console. These modules can be mounted on a suitable load-bearing substructure. Concept #03 can be customized according to your specific preferences, with stainless steel or wooden drawers and countertops made from natural stone or state-of-the-art ceramics.

Our Concept #04 is the newest highlight of our Grillzimmer collections. We have taken the minimalist, architectural design to a new level. This concept is based on a robust stainless steel construction that can be clad with various high-quality materials. For the distinctive Grillzimmer look, we also use 3 mm thick, specially coated steel.
To meet high architectural standards, we incorporate materials such as ceramic, Dekton, or finely polished stainless steel. The positioning of the grip rail is individually adjustable, allowing lines and alignments to be perfectly integrated or deliberately accentuated. Concept #04 is the most customizable solution from Grillzimmer, as each kitchen can be designed according to the specific wishes of the customer – almost anything is possible!

Paragon
The Paragon Line, “A Rolling Revolution,” is the next generation of mobile Grillzimmer kitchens, distinguished by its signature clean Grillzimmer design. Created with the goal of combining mobility and elegance, the Paragon was born. Its nearly invisible heavy-duty castors are seamlessly integrated into the modern design, ensuring both stability and flexibility.
To secure and level the Paragon Line at any desired location, we developed an innovative leveling system. The adjustable feet are incredibly easy to operate from the front. Functional storage is essential in every Grillzimmer kitchen. The Paragon Line offers spacious heavy-duty drawers, a storage-access door with ample space, as well as one or two lockable cutlery drawers equipped with a smartly integrated GN system, depending on the chosen variant. Behind the access door, you can store a gas cylinder, and optionally include internal drawers, shelves, or a Kamado accessory rack, depending on your needs. The versatile GN containers can be used as hygienic storage for food or, with some crushed ice, transform your kitchen into a mobile bar.
The Paragon Line launches with two distinct module options. The Kamado module accommodates various models from different manufacturers in Large and XLarge sizes. The kitchen module can be configured with a continuous countertop, induction cooktop, induction teppanyaki, or gas cooktop, depending on your preference.
